This lower-level living area was designed to feel less like “downstairs” and more like a private retreat. A generous lounge, swivel seating, and a fully equipped coffee and beverage station create a space that invites guests to settle in and stay awhile. With its own entrance, laundry, and seamless access to the backyard and private gym, every detail was considered to make this space feel effortless, functional, and quietly indulgent.
