Every project begins with a quick 30-minute call.
We’ll review your project input form, talk through what you’re hoping to accomplish, and answer any initial questions. More importantly, we’re looking for alignment — on scope, expectations, and investment.
If it feels like the right fit on both sides, we’ll schedule a complimentary in-home consultation to take the next step.

In-Home Consultation
This is where we start seeing the possibilities.
Before we arrive, our team reviews your submission and notes from our call so we come prepared. During the consultation, we’ll walk the space together, ask the right questions, and begin thinking through layout, flow, and function.
You’ll get real-time insight — not surface-level opinions — along with a clear understanding of how we approach each project.

Project Planning & Estimate
Clarity before commitment.
After the consultation, we develop your project plan and prepare a detailed cost estimate. Depending on the scope, we may schedule an additional visit to take measurements or review specific elements more closely.
Our goal is simple: a thoughtful, thorough estimate that reflects what it actually takes to execute the project well.

No surprises. No guesswork.
Once your estimate is ready, we’ll meet to walk through everything together — scope, investment, and next steps. This is where we align on the details, answer questions, and ensure everything feels right before moving forward.
